Right of withdrawal

the purpose of individual Russian company giuseppe (“the seller)” is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal

If you have complied with all the conditions required and if the seller will assess the damage/detection of the product, it will replace the item or refund the price of the products purchased, staying at your expense only the expenses of the return, that is to say those for the return to the seller of the products purchased. If you decide to use the Dhl courier, you may, however, not make the payment of the return in person, it will be in fact individual Russian company who came to pay, on your behalf, the Dhl courier, holding from the refund a sum equal to the previously incurred cost for the delivery to your home of the purchased products. This does not apply to replacement. If you decide to use a different forwarder, you will have to pay for the return. you will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to get back the products purchased at your expense. in case you refuse this shipment the seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.

Times and refund methods

after the seller has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirmation of acceptance of the return. whatever payment method you use (credit/debit card or cash payment at delivery,) the refund is activated by the seller in the shortest possible time, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you came to know the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once verified that the withdrawal occurred in compliance with the above conditions. the actual time for the re-accreditation or return of the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used: - purchase by credit/debit card: the refund time depends on the credit/debit card management company, but normally happens within two account statements. we remind you that the date of the credit is the same as the charge, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of banking interests. cash payment at delivery: the refund takes place on the current account indicated by you, so the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter; normally the reaccreditation takes place within fourteen (14) days.

Identification card and single seal of the product

some products sold by the seller are equipped with an identification card or a single seal, which is an integral part of the good. we invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal because the products rendered are not accepted.


returns can be shipped via the Dhl courier indicated by the seller. this method will allow the seller to pay, on your own, the shipment and to check at any time where your parcel is located. the seller will contact the courier to arrange the withdrawal. in case you decide to use, for the return of the products, a forwarder other than the one indicated by the seller, you will have to make in person the payment of the expenses of the return and will remain at your expense the responsibility in case of loss or damage of the products during the transport.
