BIRRA LOVE comes with a fine white foam, quite compact and good persistence.

The nose has a delicate olfactory intensity, with an excellent fineness, and a discreet persistence; delicately fruity, with fine notes of gooseberry, white currant and white acerba grapes, accompanied by light hints of honey, millefiori or acacia, and a floral ending of chamomile.

In the mouth immediately a lively, but fine and elegant sparkle, which well cleans the palate, combined with a light astringency that immediately invites to a new sip.

Gently sweet entry, where the light body slips fast, which makes it contralt to a moderately bitter and aromatic finish, with a long and decisive persistence.

After tasting, all herbaceous, resinous (pine and fir) and skunked scents are finally released, which are balanced by fruity notes (yellow fruit, yellow plum, ripe white grapes) and lighter and delicate maltates and myeloids. On the final, citrus and fruity memories of grapefruit and mango emerge.
